Paul Crarey

Paul Crarey is a former professional rugby league footballer of the 1980s and '90s, and coach of the 1990s and 2000s who at club level has played for Barrow, playing at Hooker, i.e. number 9, and at representative level has coached for Cumbria, and at club level for Barrow Raiders, and Whitehaven.

"Paul Crarey Hooker. Signed for Barrow from local amateur League and quickly established himself at Craven Park as a talented and competitive Hooker. He excelled under Rod Reddy's coaching in Barrow's promotion season, winning a (Halbro) Shooting Star award in 1988. When Barrow were relegated in a nightmare 1989-90 season, Crarey still played 29 games.[1]
